~moments of spontaneous happiness: this morning in class I took Warrior I and opened my arms wide and gazed upward and couldnt help but smile~momentarily filled with such good feelings~
I am acutely aware that things could start sucking again at any moment, but for now Im enjoying things being on the upswing~
