True, but do all of them deserve murder charges? No matter what criminal offense it deserves, it would be difficult to enforce. What if there is more than one partner with HIV in question? Should we give the police authority to force us to give blood tests on allegations of "spreading HIV"? Should we give them the power to go through our medical records? A difficult question it is.
