its a wicked picture.. simple but Im getting so much feeling off it..the single figure, the black outline, the head down pose, the grey jagged ouline... getting sadness, loneliness, and anger from it.. good stuff

As long as i get the first transition done decent, I never redo a set. I like the fact that its a live set. It's motivation for me to always practice to get better when I go back to listen and find what I did wrong. So I usually only spend 1 to 2 hours making a mix. The long part is waiting for my vinyl to get in the mail. From there I just open up the package and drop them on the decks and hit record.

I wish I could say the same thing but I tend to do sets over again if I mess up. I'm just very critical on myself but with spinning out it's different because there's only one shot so I work well under pressure.

i always intend to redo sets but the first one always sounds fresher and more exciting even if it has poor transitions.

this time will be exciting cos i used a lot of editing and software tomfoolery...

I have a weird theme myself from what I've gathered in my head. It will trip people out for sure.

I know exactly what you mean. When I first started mixing in february, I would redo sets, but came to the conclusion that the first mix always sounds the best to me. Mistakes and all.

Alrighty DJs, it's the last weekend to enter the little comp we've put our heart and tracks into.

Good luck to the DJs who're still spinnning it up and thanx to those that have already submitted thier mixes.

Let's get it on.
