No one will be able to tell my style. I have from over 20 different EDM genres to choose from and I could even throw some industrial in there but most likely not. In the Shameless Self Promotion forum, all six mixes I have submited so far, each mix was a different genre. It could also be brand new music or oldskool trax going back to the 80s and 90s. It could be all three decades, who knows.

How about this little twist. Since there are multiple genere's, why don't we NOT post tracklists until the winner is determined. And if we decide to categorize them, we only post the type of genere it is, no playlist.

kinda like this, post tracklists after polling is over. may keep people from being bias against other genres when looking at tracklists. basically making you listen to everyones mix. just an idea

That's my point. It takes out people looking at tracklists and not listening because they don't like the track.

But it does one thing to the DJ, you'd damn sure better grab their attention!!!

I actually think people miss out when they do that. There could be a track or two that someone would think is off the meat rack if they heard it but they never would because they look at the tracklist and they don't recognise any of the songs they are familiar with. Most tracks that are my favorite are tracks and artists I've never even heard of.
