iTunes 10.2.1

Is anyone else having problems updating to 10.2.1? Mainly problems with Quicktime?

My Quicktime is up to date but every time I try to update iTunes it keeps coming back with the same error message about Quicktime. I removed and reinstalled QT but still get the same message. Pretty damn frustrating!!

If anyone can give a suggestion I would appreciate it!!

I had a similar problem with iTunes, until I downloaded a new copy and installed (without uninstalling first). I have'nt got the problem back since then.
