Few background checks gave: first FAX number is a known scam number (gee, what a surprise).
The address on the flyer almost matches that of a real lottery's headquarters, except they are based on numbers 25-33 in that street. Not 21-30 like the picture claims. Number 21 is some monument, number 23 is shared by many organisations: several religious organistions, some sort of youth organisation and some more random organisations.

Tomorrow i will send them the form, of course with complete bogus info and everything! I'm expecting them to start asking for money after that. Probably want me to transfer some sort of bullshit administration fee or something.
