I tend to sleep in a very different way to being awake, but maybe that's just me.

I do that on weekends.

I'm lucky if I even get 5 hours of sleep on a weekday. I'm usually up all night studying.

Most nights I get around 6-7. Sometimes I'll get lucky and shoot for 8-10, but that's rare.

Hopefully now that my course is over I'll have some lazy days coming up.

8h when at barracks (10pm to 6am) and about 12h at holidays (4am to 4pm)

The past few years on average around an hour a night. Though in reality i usually don't sleep at all a few nights a week and maybe 2-3 hours on some nights. Though lately i've slept a little bit more than i'm used to. I even slept a solid 7 hours a few weeks ago...which was the first time in a decade or so for me (major insomniac)!

That's pretty wild dusty.

My average sleep time is around 7hrs, more or less. But i always wake up at 5am. Dont ask me why, my body just does and it's dreadful.
