I'm glad I'm not supposed to be board op'ing tonight, since I'm having one of those days where everything is going wrong. Don't need to screw up at the controls, which I expect would happen with today's bad luck.
Side note, I still refuse to visit that site. |

I thought I may have heard everything... then I heard Devin Townsend covering Frank Sinatra, followed by a crazy extremely brutal beyond death metal cover of Britney Spears. Now I don't know what to think.

Well, I can't for the life of me find a link for the Spears one, but to be honest, I didn't know that was what I was listening to at all until I found out the ID of the tune. I just started laughing, it was soooo heavy, ear destruction type of heavy.
![]() However, there is the other tune I mentioned, and it is rather amusing to me, it makes me laugh... ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkjpFKE2_xM |

LOL. I'm listening to it and thinking about the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Sorta reminds me of this version. Not necessarily the song itself, but all the screaming that precedes it. ![]() Last edited by RO2 : Feb 27th, 2012 at 07:39 PM. |

Highlander - the first one. IMO, the only one too. Although 3 was entertaining enough, 2 just was a travesty. And the other two were really more about the TV series than the first film. I've heard rumors they are re-making the first one, though.
I wouldn't call it Oscar/BAFTA material, but I thought it was a good movie overall. Certainly a cult-classic by now. Don't judge the entire movie by that one clip. You'd have to understand character of the driver in order to "get" why he's doing that. He's a bad, bad man. |

I rather enjoy the Highlander tv series over the movies, but that's me.
I've been catching movies lately that I have missed over the past several years... The Mad is such a b-movie zombie flick, I actually laughed more than a few times at the corniness of it. This afternoon, I watched the movie Monsters... much slower and drawn out than I was expecting, but the gal was attractive and I want the ID for the song that plays in the credits which was some sort of chill dark ambient tune. Planet Terror and Deathproof... from great to horrible, in a double package. But Clockwork Orange, I only saw that once, at a party. Never understood more than about 10% of it. ![]() |
