DI introduction?

hey, i just started using DI

i just have a few questions on how it works :b

when you enter the now playing site to a radio, or look at your player it says something like: Grime And Punishment 008 - Dirty Ricky (F#@k Dub) ..

what does the "008" meen?

and the "last 6 tracks played" is that in dirty ricks DJset or what?
they dont seem to change.. even after listening for 60minutes..

can someone please explain (: ?

It means that it's a show. And that was the 8th episode of "Punishment"

And no, for a mix, the last 6 tracks played won't show you that. You'd have to view the comments page of the mix to (possibly) see the track listing for the mix.

008 means that it's the eighth set in a series. As to the other question: If you're listening to a show that was aired previously (and reading the corresponding thread) then those may be total number of tracks in that set.
The DubStep channel is handled by our beloved and loveable boomboom (channel moderator). If you have any questions, you can contact him directly (I think you have to have 15-20 posts here before your Private Messaging feature is activated).

The deejays here may have a particular name for their shows or airings such as "Grime and Punishment." Each show is numbered. e.g. If you see an 8, 08, 008, eighth, or any other number, then that's the label for that particular set. Each numbered show houses different tracks for our listening pleasure.

it literally means episode #8 or mix#8 or volume#8.... and to find playlist threads you need to scroll down on the forum index to the bottom or click on comments link under each track on the home page.
