Default winamp constant buffering fix for a very specific case

While playing radio, winamp was doing constant buffering and was taking around 20% of CPU, the sound was without pauses though. It took me a while to realise that the reason was that I increased the buffer size from 2000ms to 3000ms in output->DirectSound settings, that was required for fade in fade out settings to last for 3000ms. So I reset DirectSound settings and set fade in fade out to last for 2000ms, which didn't require to increase buffer size and it remained at default value 2000ms. Buffering disappeared after that.
Hope this helps for someone.
