Talking The Simpsons MOVIE

Well, you get the idea...

For 10 long years I've been a big hardcore Simpsons fan. Now that Family Guy has been riding the sidelines for a bit, it's time I show even bigger support with this thread for the underdog - that is, Homer.

In the words of Homer J. (Jay) Simpson, D'oh!
Going to see the movie!

I hope this movie doesn't suck like the last few Simpsons seasons.

Can't wait to see it.

I just got back from seeing it. I honestly have to say, this movie lived up to the hype. I was dying of laughter throughout this movie and had to wipe away the tears. Go see this if you're a Simpsons fan, or even if you're not.

10/10

best line goes to Ralph: "I like men now!"

4/10
There are only certain parts of the movie that are funny, most of these in the first half. Just doesn't beat Transformers.

Why on earth would you compare The Simpsons Movie to Transformers?
Ghost Busters and The Terminator were both released in '84 but I dont see comparisons being made between the two.

Anyway I rate The Simpsons Movie 5/10. Its just like an extended later-series episode (as in not funny). And some of it is in weird semi-3D which is creepy/wrong and a bit pathetic.
The funniest bits were, as many will suspect, small written things you have to be paying close attention to see.

Because Transformers really made an impact with me. Simpsons did not.

Just letting others know what I thought about the movie. Each to his/her own.

I've always been one that got into random, out of teh blue stupid humor, so I enjoyed it, as did probably 90% of teh theater room I was in when I saw it friday night, I've always been a fan of teh show, but hardly ever got to really watch it, since teh parents, who own the only tv in teh house don't care for it all that much.

Really one and two should not be compared with each other. I loved the Simpsons movie.
