Help identifying songs from 50-60s

Hi!
I am new to the forum. Since it seems that in this forum gets visited by man experts in music I decided to post a challenge for you. I have an old tape which I wanted to "update" to mp3 and I have identified most of the songs, but three of them are still a mystery. I've been searching for a long while now (of course not every day, but every once in a while) and I no longer have a clue where to look further.

So without more preambles, here are the songs:

(First one is already identified as music, music, music from Buckingham Banjos), is the other three I am looking information for.

If anyone can help me identify any of the songs, or the possible interpreter I will be eternally grateful.
