Contest Rules

1. By entering you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules and terms and conditions. This is an irrevocable condition of entry. Digitally Imported reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate any contest at any time without prior notice. Digitally Imported reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules at any time.

2. Employees of the Sponsors, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising agencies, agents and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible. Only one entry per person will be considered for entry.

3. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. Entrants must post the following message to their Twitter account in order to enter:

4. Any entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Winners will be selected at random by the Digitally Imported Staff. Potential winners will be notified via Twitter. If a winner does not respond to the notification within fourty eight (48) hours another winner will be chosen. Failure to respond within the time frames listed above shall mean that the potential winner forfeits the prize.

5. The following prize will be awarded to 2 winners: Two (2) tickets to Above & Beyond Group Therapy Miami on Thursday, March 22, 2012 5:00 PM. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for all additional costs that may be incurred. If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Digitally Imported in its sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like or equal value. Odds of winning dependant upon number of entries.

Other Terms and Conditions:
Digitally Imported reserves the right to require the winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility as a sworn document and provide other proof of eligibility as a condition of receipt of the prize or award. The winner agrees that neither Digitally Imported nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, or assigns shall be liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of the usage of a prize by any winner. Void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.
