I cannot believe people are so full of hate and think they are doing god's work by protesting at funerals and spewing their malicious venom across the country. Just awful, imo.

Even if you disagree with the war, you shouldn't be protesting at the soldier's funerals. Their families are already in enough pain with the loss of their child. These people must be either brainwashed or so full of hate to think they are doing God's work by "spitting on" graves like this.

I could not even finish the video. I appreciate the message they are trying to present. I am against the war too, but, this sends the wrong message to the wrong people at the wrong time! this can only work against their cause. IMO they are not being Christian in their actions. I can't believe she could still smile for the camera. this is the same faulty logic used by terrorists to hurt inocent people to bring attention to their cause. they can't see that they are in fact driving a wedge between themselves and the people they want to impress.

I think some of you are missing the point~

The members of cult hate group Westboro Baptist Church are not against the war as such-they are simply using the deaths of Americans as "proof" that god is taking out his vengeful wrath because our country accepts homosexuality. Same reason they are joyful about 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina: again, they think that god is killing Americans because of our inclusive society. To say these people are nuts is dead-on: they are fscking insane, and the families of our dead soldiers are the ones 'paying' for it.
