It's not really about her specifically. There are people around that i just get this sort of reaction from regardless of their gender or how they act. It usually happens when they're physically close to me. Like if i'm discussing something with them while they're sitting next to me. She just happened to be one and she's somebody i work with on the daily basis. It has nothing to do with how the person acts or anything. I'm not talking about anybody who annoys me. It's just a weird mental state that appears to leave me totally drained of energy for the rest of the day. I'm surprised nobody here experienced that. This is something that i've experienced throughout most of my life and i've never really given it much thought until it started annoying the shit out of me lately.

I don't 'act' like anything. it's not an act. I don't sweat or get nervous. I don't start to run around like a baboon. It's just a mental state of some sort.
Like i said, it can be anybody. Somebody i know or not. Regardless of their gender. Just standing close to them while talking to them for a couple of minutes leaves me drained.

OK, best thing to do is do what I do. Awlays carry a note pad and write your actions in there.
The note pad can act as a shild and should help.
