I couldn't agree with you more. I live in the Northeast US and gas prices are INSANE. And no, not having a car is not an option as much as I wish it was. I changed the tranny on mine last year about a month before the brakes and now the brakes again and about 4 months ago the serpentine belt snapped causing me to damage my radiator... it just never seems to end. Please tell me you are not driving a Dodge? lol

YES HONDAS 4 life!
Ive never had anything different. My Honda has 139,000 miles on it and its great. NO problems and nothing too crazzy, just general fixes and touch ups.

BUt I agree with the gas prices. I am like WTF! Why must I pay double what I was paying 3 years ago. WHY?
It really makes me mad to have to fill up my talk that much.

BUt anyways My Rant.
I hate moving, and moving by myself is even worse. There is no one out here in this dammed place. I think I have to hire movers and have them move everything for me, but they are 120 every hour. There is really no easy way out of this and it sucks!

Our federal government subsidizes oil companies. This practice is heavily promoted by our vehicle manufacturers, who would be seeing massive over-production of the oversized gas-guzzling rigs that maintain profit margin for the auto makers. Win-win situation there isn't it.

at least the seven countries i visited were like that.
and driving a car got u nowhere because the traffic is ridiculous.
here where i live, if u don't own a car, u are screwed.

From my personal experience none of these is true or a good reason. There are no metros anywhere near where i live. And to my knowledge only some of the big cities have metros, but they aren't going to take you anywhere other than within those cities themselves. There are busses that do get to every friggin corner you can think of but their schedual (if they stick to it) is usually so hopeless that you can get there by foot and back 4 times before the bus would have taken you there once. As for traffic being busy makes me wonder where you have been...most likely big cities like Paris or london which simply aren't good places to compare anything to as they are far from avarage. Traffic wise i'd say it's actually very very very light here compared to what i'v experienced in other parts of the world including the US.
