Thanks once again guys!!!
![]() I will have a download link for today's show when I finish working on all the 420 stuff for the competition in the DJ Booth. First I want to say that anyone new who reads this, go into the DJ Booth here on these boards and look for a thread called 420 Smoke N Toke Mix Competition 2K9 - Listen and Vote Now!!! thread. In there is a DJ Competition that I am hosting with a mix done by myself and all really awesome DJs. Feel free to participate in the listening and voting process if you'd like and feel free to interact with us in that thread and here on these excellent DI boards. There's a ton of good people here. Now for those who read this before tonight, remember that the thread will not officially be up until April 1st 11:59PM PST US. Stay tuned and check up!!! ![]() Secondly, I have tons and tons of new trance material from the mid 90s that will carry me for months so be prepared for the BBS trance madness all Summer long on the Old School Electronica channel here on DI.FM. You all have a great week and thanks for the support!!! ![]()

It actually says "Winks" on my copy and therefore, I shall write it as such. However I do have other copies where it is spelled "Winx".

![]() Anyway, I am currently working on the set for this Wednesday's show and it's coming out nicely so hopefully I don't mess up on this transition coming up while I am typing this. ![]() EDIT: Transitions are all good so far and to me they have to be. XYZ, I posted the discogs link to show you that one of his many aliases is Winks. That particular track isn't under that name but discogs doesn't have all the data which I proved in the "Acid Rave" set on the oldschool channel which discogs had most of the tracks listed wrong and people where trying to post it when in fact, I had the record sitting in my hand when I posted the tracklist for it. Anyway, the pressing I have of Nervous Build Up is an early release and that's how his name is spelled. The vinyl never lies. ![]()

Discogs never lies! Your vinyl is full of errors
![]() ![]() Gonna be a bit late for the show. Institute class right before then ![]() Maybe you should edit in a few minutes of silence in the intro for wednesday's show ![]()

I'm going to bump this before the onslaught of record label promoters come in here and start burying all of our DI member sets to the second page.
I honestly wish that the DI team would open up 2 separate promotion threads. One for the peeps who are trying to sell their product and one for those who are just trying to shamelessly promote themselves for notoriety. One called Major Promotion Forum and one called Shameless Self Promotion Forum (strictly for active members of the board who are regular everyday DI posters and not those people who only go on DI to promote their mixes). Just a suggestion but I really think that it would clean things up a bit and more DI members can be heard because I miss a lot of threads in here due to all of these labels coming in and promoting their sales and marketing or from people who only come in here to promote their own mix but they don't interact in any other forum with the DI regulars. ![]() EDIT: Not to be mean but I care a lot more about what the everyday posters here on DI mix than I do about the labels or the self promoters who don't post anywhere else on these boards but in here with their set, mix in their sets. Basically my interest is with the regulars, not the people who only post in here. I'm sure many others feel the same way. They have told me so. Just a suggestion, I think 2 forums would be a good idea, I could be wrong. ![]()

Thanks for the bump XYZ!!! My post above screamboy's doesn't seem to be too clear but then again, I don't really care, I posted it when I drank a 6 pack of Corona. I do wish there were two separate threads though, one for the DI regulars and one for the labels to promote. So anyway, tomorrow is going to be a trance show. A slightly different style of trance than my other trance mixes but I think each trance mix I have ever done, differs in styles of trance so I just hope everyone will enjoy. I won't be able to post with everyone because they are a bunch of NAZI's at work trying to keep us from having fun and making our everyday work day more miserable. That's what happens when miserable people run a company but one day, they will get theirs in the end so f*ck them and send them on their way. ![]() I hope you all have a good day tomorrow. ![]()
