Now I don't know much about coding at all, but I know a lot of sites have an RSS feed. Is there any chance we could implement one into the forums? They're really nice to just check up quick on a few posts (it all comes back to being lazy).

vB3 has RSS capabilities, but that's only for new threads. How would you use this RSS feed, and what would the feed be sending you? I think what you want to do (check up on posts (threads?)) can be solved with thread subscription.
