Importing a Wav. file into reason 4????

hey guys im trying to get going using reason 4. the thing is as confusing as heck.

anyways im trying to get a wav file imported into reason so i can loop it it slice it up whatever. but i have no clue how and i could find no tutorial vids to help me if anyone would be so kind id appreciate it
