i had the best POG Slammer. It was a happy smiling "not guilty" picture of O.J. Simpson on one side, and on the other was a sad "Guilty" picture of him. LOL man i wish i knew where that pog ended up.

I dont remember what the packages looked like that the pogs came in... I remember stores always having the tubes. maybe they were in bins like Pinkie said when I used to buy them. My brother and me collected them but never played to win them with friends. What was cool is how some products or stores had their own pogs for free. Kids love free stuff. For Christmas one year my brother and me got the little machine that made your own pogs. THAT was legit! ;D

Damn you K-ban i wanted that machine so bad. . . . Pogs were good times. Used to stack em as high as possible, like a 17 inch column and play from across the room : D

i still have all of my pogs.. something similar happend to me also.. me and my friend were sitting around and we started to reminess about pogs.
we died laughing for a good 10 minutes. then decided next time we meet up to bring the pogs with us and have a pogs show down. i bring them out once ina while to just play around with them. its alllllll in the wristttt ![]()

I REMEMBER!!!! lol my friends and I would always compete to see who had the most.. i had like 30 containers full of them... i remember having the real heavy slammers. my friends and i would gather around on a Monday and trade... When i was like in elementary my mom would say wake up Christina its time to check out some garage sales... I would fly out of bed and go looking for pogs haha.. good old days... why don't they make toys like that for kids now a days.. there so plan and simple but dam were they fun to play with

when i read the POGS bit i was like "wtf are POGS?" .. then i click'ed the link .. OMGSH I LOVED THOSE!! ofcourse i called them tazos .. lol .. i was soo good at that game .. poah how many of them i had .. but they all seemed to have disappeared by the time i hit like grade 3 =(

I've got a whole bunch of them in my room. I pulled them out and showed my friend the other day, and my sister's boyfriend and we had fun for a whole of 5 minutes and left the huge mess and went away.

For some reason, I think our entire town was devoid of Pogs and anything they may or may not have stood for.
I never heard of them until I found out about them on the Internet a year or two ago. |
