Everything Matt Darey does is great!! However, given a choice between his PURE or IBIZA Euphoria, I take IBIZA....

for the one who thought that the william orbit song 'Barber's Adagio For Strings' was originally from Homeworld: think again: the melody is from one of the more famous Vietnam movies: Platoon (although i'm not sure if it's Platoon, but i'm 100% sure its from one of those Vietnam movies, and i'm pretty sure it's from the one Oliver Stone made)

There are not enough thumbs up icons I can put on Mr Darey. For those of you who are not aware, he *only* spins CD material. In this way, he feels, he has more control of the mix. If you attempt to do any of these mixes with vinyl, you will fail because of key clashes. He can pitch up or down the incoming tune for both a key and beat match. Darey shows - oh so skillfully - what can be done using CD. IMHO though he must also use computer blending, because to sucessfully time the phrasing as perfectly and consistently as he does throughout the entire CD would be a near impossible feat. Since he is an incredible high-energy remixer, these feats are what he does normally. The sound of this CD, as others he has done, when made very loud in your car cruising down the interstate alone is almost tantamount to having sex. In this way Matt Darey has the uncanny ability to have sex with his listeners, luckily for all of us it is safe sex.
