I has a problem: I'm building a huge snow castle down south, but I can't remove the dirt blocks I used as scaffolding - they keep reappearing, it's like lag only it affects only dirt, I can remove snow and ice normally but the dirt i put there keeps reappearing after I dig it.

ok so i logged on today to find that i cant remove any blocks
but only blocked i had placed since i logged on!
all preexisting blocks could be removed no problems, but if i had placed it since logging on i couldnt remove it
it was so wierd

Sweet, good work, seems like most of the stuff is working again.

I found two bugs:
/home doesn't work anymore...gives some kind of error message
And the /who command gives an error as well, but of course /list does the same thing so it's no problem.

Also, a few chunks of land seem to have randomly appeared. Some of them in the water just off-shore from the DI base.

And i see minecart dispenser/catcher chests work now...but what a shame combined minecart-disposer-and-launcher-with-a-single-button systems are absolutely useless. When the cart is launched you have to be very quick to click it to get in or you'll miss it. Add lag and it becomes extremely difficult to get in at all. And to make matters worse, if you stand on or near the track when launching a cart it'll just reverse and go back into the chest. So you have to stand far away from the track when pressing the button, meaning the already-very-hard-to-catch carts are now even harder to catch. Clicking madly on the cart doesn't work either, you'll get in occasionally but almost always straight out again cause you'll end up clicking 1 time too many. By the time you are actually in a moving minecart the track is full of stopped carts and with a bit of luck you'll run into a cart going the wrong way for no reason at all. I just had to launch 30+ carts before i actually got into one and made it to the other side :/

<edit> Anoying little bug: It seems torches have a mind of their own now...when placing them they'll always jump to south or east side of a block, regardless of on which side you placed it. Only when forcing it by removing all other blocks around it, it'll stay in it's place.

You might want to read up on the minecart plugin to see if any of the rules have changed. I bet you can put a [wait] sign next to the launcher or something, giving you enough time to get in and ready

Heads up - server gonna be down alot this weekend. Have a desk to put together so PC will be off prob tonight and some of tomorrow. Hopefully it all goes smooth, but you never know with these things.

As far as i can tell there is no way to do it with a sign. But i split up the redstone wire from the button and put a delay on the wire that goes to the launcher.

Yeah, but just on single player now that the servers down. I recently did a dwarven challenge game, but after getting enough diamond to make a full set of everything, I went back up to the surface to explore. Seems I got a true snow world (seems to go on forever in every direction), just in time for the weather update too!
